I've always believed that meaningful school improvement doesn't happen because of great ideas alone. It happens when leaders have a clear plan, educators feel supported, and implementation is intentional. For nearly 30 years, I've partnered with teachers, coaches, principals, and district leaders to strengthen teaching and learning, build leadership capacity, and turn vision into lasting impact.
